Tree size calculator

Hi folks!

If you need to generate some numbers quickly, I've coded
a Merkle Hash Tree size calculator. It's available at
http://www.fillibach.de/bt/treesize.php
(source is there, too)

This does not consider Joe's proposal for node verification.

Feel free to bash me if you dont like it :)

Note that these trees are not balanced at all, at all.
